Ingredients

• Chopped masala

• Sunflower oil

• Garlic (chopped)

• Ginger (chopped)

• Green chilli (chopped)

• Red chilli powder

• Jeera (cumin) powder

• Dhania (coriander) powder

• Tomato gravy (reference RefMFGSOPTG-01)

• Salt

• Butter

• Garam masala paste

• Sugar

• Kasuri methi

Usage Instructions

1. Heat sunflower oil and butter, add chopped garlic, ginger, green chilli, and cook for 1–2 minutes.

2. Add red chilli powder and simmer, then add cumin and coriander powder with water to intensify flavour.

3. Mix in chopped masala and simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Add tomato gravy and cook at 80–90°C for 20 minutes.

5. Gradually add water, garam masala paste, and simmer for 10 more minutes.

6. Finish with salt, sugar, and kasuri methi; cook for 10 minutes at 90–95°C.

7. Collect and store; retort or thermal process for safety and long shelf life.
