Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch:

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy below.
Returns
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sabujkrishiudyog@gmail.com with photos and your order details.
- Returns are not accepted for opened or used products due to the perishable nature of food items.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If your refund is delayed or not received, please contact our support team.
Exceptions
- No cancellations or refunds are allowed for products that are not damaged or incorrectly shipped.
